22 May Football Online – Seb Maxam Project
For my project, I have written an article and edited a video that look at the impact that social media has had on football.
Since social media has gradually become more and more prevalent in society, football has seen a huge number of changes. I wanted to inspect these changes in detail.
To do this, I spoke to two journalists, a player, a fan and someone who runs the social media account of Axel Witsel, a player who is a huge name in european football. Each of my interviewees gave a unique outlook on how social media affected their specifc sector, and in my article I have tried to piece this all together and provide an overall look at how football has been transformed.
