59 year old Francesca Biebie from Dalston was reportedly drinking in the bishopsgate area of london when she became very aggressive at the staff of a pub she was drinking in when they refused to serve her anymore.

Westminster magistrates court heard that she then left the pub and her verbal abuse turned towards passing members of the public and her behaviour became increasingly aggressive.

The police were called and upon their arrival Biebie’s aggression turned towards them. The officers then arrested Biebie as they were concerned for the safety of the general public.

Pleading Guilty Miss Biebie stated “I am very sorry for what happened i never meant to upset or scare anyone” and claimed that she currently has a social worker and is trying to change her behaviour.

The Judge sentenced miss BieBie to a fine of £100referencing  the fact that she had over 100 previous arrests for similar crimes and urged Biebie to seek more help adding “This offending seems to be permanent” and “this dangerous pattern of behavior has to stop I don’t want to see you here again”

After receiving the sentence Biebie was visibly relieved and thanked the judge before being led out of the dock and leaving the court as a free woman.
