06 Dec Man found not guilty of assault at Blackfriars Crown Court today.
Alex James Whipps, 32 of Surrey, was today cleared of assault after jurors decided he was acting in self defence when he struck Brighton local Paul Mcbride, 28, during the altercation at East Croydon Station in March last year.
