06 Dec Man arrested for carrying a loaded crossbow
A Kensington man who suffers from a chronic condition of “Paranoid Schizophrenia” pleaded guilty to the possession of a dangerous weapon in a public place, after wielding a crossbow at an Underground Station. The 36 year olds medical team said he had bought the weapon after suffering delusions.
