Headline: Reform school exclusions to tackle knife crime
Studio cue: Young people expelled from school are at a greater risk of committing crime, especially knife crime. MPs have urged the government to reform school exclusions.
Our reporters Mahira Begum and Seyi Adejori, spoke to London South Bank University to see how schools can help young people turn away from knife crime.
For this audio package me and Seyi both went out to find vox pops for this story, I recorded the audio whilst Seyi had spoken to students for the vox pops. I had also recorded voiceover for the audio package and contacted Andrew Read from univesity for an interview. I also planned out questions to ask Andrew for the interview. Seyi had exported the audio and had edited all the audio to make it an audio package, she also wrote a studio cue and came up with a headline for the story.
