20 years old Hanna Kvist from Sweden moved all the way to London just do chase her dream; to help others live a healthier lifestyle.

Hanna’s true dream is to help people with food and exercising to get a better and healthier life. To make people see that eating healthily is not more expensive and you don’t have to turn to junk food.

“It’s a lie that healthy food is more expensive. I wanna show people that it’s possible for everyone to eat good.” said Hanna determined.

When she graduates from her university, London South Bank University, she wants to move back to Sweden and open a life centre.

That life centre is going to focus on helping people to start a healthier lifestyle and also teach how food can heal you.

Hanna also wants to travel around the world and teach others her knowledge.

“If I wasn’t going to University, I’d probably be a personal trainer. Or I would be a dance teacher back home in Linköping. I wanna teach people new things.”

One of Hanna’s new female friends from the university said “Hanna is a strong person, she is always happy and she is more than happy to help people around her. She is very kind and always wants the best for people around her.”

About how her family would describe her, Hanna said “They would describe me as determined. And that I don’t show lots of emotions, which my boyfriend would disagree on.”

“To describe myself I would say I’m positive, happy and active. But I often forget things and sometimes my mind is just gone.” She finished with a laugh.

Hanna is originally from a small village outside of Linköping called Bjästäter in Sweden. There you can find her mother and her brother.

Back home in Sweden she used to lead a very active lifestyle with hobbies such as dancing, crossfit, badminton, motor cross, water skiing and horse riding.

Hanna said “Crossfit is like a religion for me.”

Hanna went to upper secondary school in Stockholm where she studied the humanist programme but it was difficult because of her dyslexia.

“You have to study languages and I’m definitely not good at that.” said Hanna laughing and tucked her red hair behind her ear.

Besides exercising, Hanna is really into fashion and shopping. “I need a bigger closet now. And I’m coming home with more shoes.”

She continued “But besides from shopping, I like London. London has a lot of dance studios so that’s good for me.”

Apart from her dream about the life centre and travel the world, she has a dream about a family as well. To have a house in Sweden with a dog and two children.

But her dream about working with diet and exercising always comes first.
