The documentary has been uploaded privately to Youtube as we agreed .
– Owing to the bad weather conditions on the Isle of Harris during my short stay of two weeks there, I couldn’t manage to get any footage of golden eagles apart from one video of golden and sea eagle chasing one another in the sky.
– However, I still managed to obtain some footage from my interviewees and from the public domain which would be attributed in the credits of the final version of this documentary.
– In the draft version there are just a few videos of golden eagles but more are on their way and will be included in the final version
– There would also be photos of killed golden eagles which would be provided by Ian Thomson from the RSPB
– One of my other interviewees Cat Barlow promised to help me out and find me a game keeper who would be happy to give an interview and discuss how they manage their grouse shooting sites, what do they do to ensure that birds of prey such as golden eagles are not part of their shooting activities. The gamekeeper will also comment on the accusations made by Ian Thomson and Robin Reid and in that way would bring a balance to the story.
-The right background music and sounds are crucial to this documentary and they will be included in the final version.
– Finishing touches such as light and background editing will be made as well before submitting the final version.
