28 Nov Man accused of shaking eight week old baby to death
Jurors at The Old Bailey today were introduced to the trial of 39-year-old Abdoul Boudabes. He has been charged with the murder of his eight-week-old son Tyrone Boudabes. The court heard how he shook his son so hard that he suffered severe brain and spinal injuries that killed the infant on 20th September 2016, four days after the incident.
He denies all charges of murder and manslaughter against him
