28 Nov Hendon Magistrates court – Domestic Violence
Andrew Pierre has been accused of pushing his then partner Miss Hammond against the wall and pulling out a knife and threatening her on 12th Oct 2018.
Miss Hammond was in a relationship with the accused and had broken up a few days prior to the attack, as she believed he had been unfaithful to her.
The victim contacted the police on 14th Oct, 2 days after the attack had taken place.
A knife was shown by the officers investigating the case to Mr Pierre, asking him whether he recognised the weapon, and whether he had told Miss Hammond, he would Juick her, which is slang in Caribbean for stab.
Mr Pierre denied all allegations.
