28 Nov A man was accused of assaulting his ex-gilfriend
Andrew David Pierre accused of threatening his ex-girlfriend Nicola Hammondappeared at Hendon Magistrates Court today, November 27th.
Miss Hammond claims that Andrew put a knife against her chests and threatened her life on October the 12th 2018, following a huge fight they’ve had about another woman a few days earlier on October the 9th. Nicola Hammond pressed charges against Mr Pierre on October 14th, two days after the alleged attack. Miss Hammond appeared at court today and gave a screen interview. She acknowledges the during the period of 9th to 14th October she was drinking heavily and she can’t recall everything altogether but she clearly remembers the alleged attack. The hearing continues.
