A man charged with the murder of the 23 years old Russell Jones denies all allegations

Kallum Martin, 24, one of the three men charged with the murder Russell Jones appeared at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, November 21.

Mr Jones was found shot and stabbed to death on South street, Enfield on March 17.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Partridge said: “The suspects arrived together coming from the direction of Curlew House. They fled together along an alleyway to the side of the Oasis Academy, heading towards Sandhurst Road, passing the allotments and industrial estateā€.

Bilkan Bilkaner and Duke Quainoo were both charged with the murder of Jones on April 27. Kallum Martin, first arrested on March 28 was released on bail for a couple of months but then charged with the murder of Russel Jones on June 10.

During the trial on Wednesday, Mr Martin said that in that he spent that particular night between the 16 and 17 of March looking for a party he never ended up finding the way to. He was, however, on South street for a brief time where he dropped friends of his.

The trial will continue Friday November 23.
