Our reporter Valeriya took a trip to Hyde Park to celebrate 4/20, a community event and a protest against the government’s stance on cannabis both for recreational and medicinal purposes. We wanted to get an inside look at the struggle for this change so we spoke to Phil, a leader in this movement pushing for legislative change
