Breaking the taboo surrounding disability by opening dialogue… this might be the way to create a more inclusive society. Out of Sight is a fifteen-minute documentary telling the story of Xavier, Jay, and Umber, three disabled people with different experiences and personalities. Through the lens of the workplace environment, the film reports on the issues faced by the characters in a megalopolis such as London as well as supported by the viewpoint of two experts. The targeted audience is the employee and employers of tomorrow.
