My site has a number of posts in various categories including news, music and beauty. Each of these are of interest to me. I kept my site simple and user friendly, my menu is easy to navigate with a number of different pages. On my homepage I have random posts I have made displayed in a slider, these change often. Each page of my website also contains in the sidebar and archive of my posts so they are easy to find as well as my twitter feed and a playlist to my Spotify relating to the music section on my website.
I kept my colour scheme simple and bright with white backgrounds and pastel coloured accents. The title of my page is ‘Today’s World’ demonstrating that the website contains various stories from around the world on a number of different subjects. My footer also contains my menu so that the user can access my different pages from another location on my website without having to go back to the top of the page. My site also allows for feedback in the form of comments from the users so I am able to see what people think and possibly make changes regarding the feedback I receive.
