A 26-year-old Man from Manchester has been charged with belonging to terror group ISIS

Mohammed Abdullah, a supermarket worker from Manchester has denied joining ISIS, possessing a gun and receiving £2,000 to fund terrorism at old baily Court.

The 26-year-old man was arrested at Heathrow airport last year after he returned to Britain via Tunisia.

Mohammed Abdullah has been accused by the prosecuting lawyer XX of travelling to Syria in the past. The prosecuting lawyer XX said that the defendant travelled to Syria with the help of his 22-year-old disabled brother who used various social media platforms to communicate with other terrorist members in Syria.

The defendant’s lawyer Mark Heywood said that during an earlier hearing Mohammed Abdullah said “I have been in custody for 6 days and have been interviewed for 5 days. I don’t understand what I have done. I am not a terrorist”.

Detective sergeant Paul x said an ISIS defector gave police details and a USB about Mohammed Abdullah. The documents and files on the USB showed that Mohammed Abdullah has previous experience during the civil war in Libya against Muammar Gadhafi and is a good sniper.
