Studio Intro:
Since construction work on Tower Bridge has been taking place from December 2016, many area are being effecting. Parking and loading bays are being removed to ease traffic. Even though this has stopped London from coming to a stand still, it has stop business’ in the area from working effectively. Drivers are running the risk of picking up fines up to £120, they have no choice but to run the risk of picking up these fines.
