Rotherhithe has it’s very own charm, with it’s quiet and green surroundings it’s more of a relaxing oasis than central london. This also limits it’s resident’s opportunities though. A new high street development is about to change this.
Interviewer: Rotherhithe is a very special, individual area but it’s surroundings aren’t doing enough for it’s community in terms of leisure, employment and opportunities. Especially for young people who want to call this their home, opportunities fall short. The canada water masterplan by british land is here to change this.
