I created a portfolio website. The job sector I’ve created my website and content for is women’s lifestyle. My content is a mixture of audio and written, showing my best work. There is emphasis on the audio side on the home page from the playlist in the side bar and 3 pictures and posts from the radio studio. Also lower on the page is a link to listen live. All photos are mine or creative commons. The slider also rotates and there is an instagram slider to make the page seem active. My theme suits the women’s lifestyle sector and reflects my personal style. The content is a mix of beauty, lifestyle, travel, radio, and some slightly more hard hitting features.
About a third of my posts will look similar to this. There is a lot of inclusion of multimedia and audio on my website. Below on this page is a bigger description of the audio content.
Here is the bottom of a different audio post. All the posts link in with the women’s lifestyle sector as the audio is a women’s discussion based show. You can see the clear navigation at the bottom and the hyperlink to listen live in the sidebar.
This is an example of what the beauty pages look like. Mostly product reviews and dupes. All products are hyperlinked.
This is the features category page. I’ve covered what I think are interesting topics and would appeal to women and the sector I would like to work. I’ve been uploading content every few days and have 29 posts.
