Cindy Drabaviciute: What’s next for LSBU graduates?

09 Dec Cindy Drabaviciute: What’s next for LSBU graduates?

Every year thousands of students graduate from universities around London. Back in October, we had the opportunity to visit the Royal Festival Hall at Southbank where we  interviewed graduates  from London South Bank University. Cindy Drabaviciute finds out what the graduates will miss the most and what’s next for them

The atmosphere at the Royal Festival Hall was really special and everyone looked amazing in their gowns. In this short audio I find out what the graduates will miss the most about being students and what’s next for them as they close this chapter of their lives and begin a new one.

More than one graduate said that they are relieved and happy to finish university. Even though university life has been challenging and some had lost precious sleep time over the course of their studies, they are quick to add that they had lived a students’ life and they will miss it. Diane Mengue says, that she is ready to get stuck in where as social studies graduate Luso Katsonga and Simon Boulter are not ready to settle down and want to go traveling.

It’s been great to be in a presence of such excitement and happiness. I wish all the graduates the best of luck!
